GIVING 100% ONCE AGAIN Once
again,
Hogar Ángeles recently
received the highest rating for complying with quality
standards with respect to the level of care and services
that it provides.
(529 out of 529 points)
Our
Foundation relies on this rating, the highest rating of its
kind that is awarded to protection institutions, taking into
consideration that we are caring for more than twice the
number of girls that the ICBF supports. Therefore, we are
demonstrating that our girls continue to receive optimal
care with outstanding performance.

THREE YOUNGSTERS FROM HOGAR ÁNGELES WILL MAKE
THEIR LIFE PROJECT COME TRUE!
This initiative was made possible with support from the
reinstated program between ICBF and the Center for Juvenile
Opportunities and References (CROJ), whose objective is to
provide follow-up support for those youngsters who emerge
from the ICBF program. Its purpose is to assist, guide, and
provide follow-up and referral support those who are no
longer part of the ICBF program.
Three
youngsters from Hogar Ángeles, older than 16 years of age,
who are in the process of transitioning out of the ICBF
program, have presented their proposal for work projects and
were approved to receive support from the joint ICBF-CROJ
program. Currently, they are awaiting the necessary
financial resources to begin their own businesses.

HOGAR ÁNGELES´S FIRST TRIP
We “broke in” the mini van to transport the
youngsters of Hogar Ángeles for our first outing to Cali so
that the girls could visit the department’s capital and the
famous PARQUE DE LA CAÑA. We would like to extend our
thanks to the two persons from Valle del Cauca who covered
our expenses, as well as to our friend NIKY for coming along.
